If your submission was approved but SOL has not yet arrived, the treasury likely had insufficient SOL at the exact moment your refund was being dispatched. Your approved submission is in the payout queue and will be automatically retried every 6 hours. Check the Wallet Tracker — your submission will show status 'pending queue'. No action is required from you. SOL will be dispatched when the treasury is replenished.
