- Required: A verified X (Twitter) account (blue, business, or government checkmark) set to public, with at least 100 followers, a profile bio, and posting history. Unverified accounts are rejected at submission to prevent sybil attacks.
- Required: A physical gas receipt from a real gas station purchase within the last 7 days
- Required: A pen to write the last 4 characters of your wallet on the receipt
- Required: The receipt must be photographed clearly — well-lit, unblurred, full receipt visible
- Optional: GASCOIN tokens — only needed to access Commuter, Road Warrior, or Fleet tiers
