Key rules for the submit page:
- You must connect a Solana wallet to proceed past Step 1
- You must have an active X (Twitter) account to proceed past Step 2
- You must have a qualifying gas receipt to proceed past Step 3
- Each submission requires a unique receipt and a new tweet — you cannot reuse either
- Only one active submission per wallet is allowed at a time
