My receipt failed the Wallet Match gate

Purpose

This is the most common failure — the last 4 characters of your wallet were not readable by OCR You need a new receipt — the old one has now been logged and cannot be reused On the new receipt, write the last 4 characters of your wallet larger, in darker ink, in clear printed characters Take the photo from directly above (not at an angle), in bright light Before submitting, zoom in on the photo on your phone and verify the characters are readable.
