Follow the steps in order — do not skip ahead
Step 5 is the verification monitoring screen. It shows your submission progressing through all 10 verification gates in real time. This is the system automatically checking every aspect of your submission.
Reading the gate progress screen
Each of the 10 gates is listed vertically. Each gate shows a status icon:
How long verification takes
Most gates complete in under 10 seconds. Gate 5 (Wallet on Receipt) involves OCR image processing and can take up to 45 seconds. The entire verification process typically completes within 2-5 minutes for a passing submission.
If all 10 gates pass
The screen displays SUBMISSION APPROVED. Your SOL refund will be dispatched to your wallet within 24-48 hours. You can track your submission status at any time using the Wallet Tracker page at /wallet.
If a gate fails
The screen displays SUBMISSION INCOMPLETE. The failed gate is highlighted and a specific failure reason is shown explaining exactly what went wrong. Gates that come after the failed gate show the dash icon — they were not run because a previous gate blocked progress.
After a failure, you can resubmit. Different gates have different resubmission requirements — see the Gates section of this document for details on each gate and how to fix failures.
Gate 10 — Special Case (Non-Blocking)
Gate 10 (Treasury Solvent) is the only non-blocking gate. If Gate 10 fails, your submission is not rejected. Instead, it is placed in a priority queue and automatically retried every 6 hours until the treasury has enough SOL to cover your refund. You do not need to resubmit if Gate 10 fails.
